Michael Hoffman is the President and CEO of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, a position he has held since 2015. In this capacity, Michael is focused on developing and transforming one of the fastest growing Jewish communities in North America. He came to Palm Beach with more than 25 years of experience in the Jewish Federation system, building a leadership portfolio focused on advancing financial resource development and expanding community engagement.

Michael has been named as one as one of the 100 most influential business and community leaders in Palm Beach County and currently serves on several local and national boards.

Michael received his Masters in Social Work from Yeshiva University and his B.A. at the University of Cincinnati. Michael and his wife Naomi are the proud parents of Mollie (a freshman at the University of Florida) and Jonah (a junior at the Dreyfoos School of the Arts).

He is an Associate Member of the Board and the Executive since April 2023.
