Andew is Chair of the UIA. He is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Administration of Belz Enterprises, as well as President of its Belz Factory Outlet Division. Mr. Groverman serves on the Boards of AIPAC and the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization (BBYO) and is a Board Member of The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations, United Jewish Communities (UJC), and United Israel Appeal (UJA). He is also a Trustee of Yeshiva College of Yeshiva University and serves as Chair of the Pincus Fund and of The Jewish Agency’s Israel Education Fund (IEF) Companies Subcommittee.

Andy is involved with many local, national and international boards. In Memphis, Andy is Past President of the Memphis Jewish Federation and has served as a Past President of Baron Hirsch Congregation and two Orthodox Jewish day schools in Memphis. Nationally, Andy serves on the National Council of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), and on the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) and Chairman of its Endowment Committee. He is Chairman and a Board Member of United Israel Appeal (UIA), and is a Trustee of Yeshiva College of Yeshiva University. Internationally, he is on the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI) and Chairman of its Companies Bureau & UIA Companies Committee. He also is a Past Chairman and current Board of Directors member of the L.A. Pincus Fund, an endowment fund dedicated to Jewish education based in Israel, and is on the Executive Committee of the American & International Societies for Yad Vashem. He is President and Founder of the International Center for Jewish Peoplehood, and a Board Member of Beit Morasha.

Andrew has been a member of the Board of Governors since 1998.
