ISRAEL AT WAR
Our immediate actions and continued efforts on the ground
Real stories, real people: Who our vital work is helping now
For years, Ofer Baram worked for The Jewish Agency’s Fund for Victims of Terror, delivering aid to victims. Now, Ofer is receiving aid from the Fund as his son, Aviv, was murdered by Hamas terrorists in Kfar Aza on October 7.
Through The Jewish Agency’s Fund for Victims of Terror, Sela, who survived being shot four times by Hamas terrorists at the Nova Music Festival, is getting financial and emotional support as he recovers.
Tamar was shot in the stomach by Hamas and her boyfriend was killed as they took shelter in a kibbutz apartment after escaping the Nova Music Festival. Now, she is receiving support from the Fund for Victims of Terror as she recovers.
Ilay, Matan, and Addir attended the Nova Music Festival with friends and girlfriends. Without weapons, they bravely and fatally fought off Hamas terrorists to save others. Now their families are receiving support from the Fund for Victims of Terror.
With so many Israelis killed and injured, and countless homes and buildings damaged, the fund is operating on a wider scale than ever before.
In Israel’s dire time of need, our participants and beneficiaries in Israel and abroad are volunteering to help evacuees from Gaza Envelope communities and absorption centers as well as soldiers in the Israeli army.
Doron met with the Bar-Gil family, whose kibbutz was attacked by Hamas, and offered support
